Coaching Sessions

To start, we’ll have a free, non-obligatory introductory session. This is a chance for you to ask any questions, share what you’re struggling with, and for me to understand how I can best help you. After that, we’ll schedule our first proper session and plan the next steps together.

All of my coaching is done online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home or anywhere that suits you. Before each session, I’ll send you any resources or links you might need, so you’re fully prepared and feel supported.

I help people with a wide range of anxiety-related issues, including:

How many sessions you’ll need really depends on you and your unique situation. Some people may need a few sessions, while others might need a bit more. As we work together, we’ll figure out what’s helping and adjust things as we go along.

  • Ongoing Support: I’m here for you between sessions too. If you’re feeling anxious, having a panic attack, or just need some extra guidance, you can reach out to me on my mobile. I want you to feel supported at every step, so you don’t have to face things on your own.
