I understand how exhausting it is to live with persistent anxiety, as it can limit your ability to fully engage with life. But there is a way out. I, too, felt trapped for years until I found the right support to break free.

As a qualified coach, I offer empathy and understanding. My mission is to help you escape the cycle of anxiety through a compassionate approach and proven tools. 


How do the sessions work?

 

Once we agree to work together after our introductory meeting, we will typically schedule our first session right away. This initial appointment will set the stage for our collaborative journey.

The number of sessions you may need will depend on your unique situation, and it can vary from person to person. Several factors, including your specific needs and goals, will influence this. As we progress, we’ll gain clarity on what works best for you.

Here’s how we’ll work together:

  • Personalised Approach: Every session is tailored to you, recognising that each person’s experience and challenges are different.
  • Flexible Structure: I do not follow rigid protocols, allowing us to adapt as needed to ensure the best outcome.
  • Regular Sessions: We will typically meet weekly, creating consistency and continuity which are key for progress.
  • Ongoing Support: I’m here for you between sessions. If you’re feeling anxious, having a panic attack, or need guidance, you can reach out to me on my mobile phone. This support ensures you never feel alone and can seek reassurance whenever necessary.

Exciting News: My Book Is Coming in 2025!

I’m so happy to share that my book, IMPRISONED BY ANXIETY - How to Unlock the Door to Freedom, will be released in 2025. Writing this book has been a deeply personal journey, and my hope is that it will bring comfort, understanding, and practical help to anyone feeling trapped by anxiety. Stay tuned for more updates!
